The FAA administrators are at a three-week party in Atlanta meanwhile on Delta flight 253 from Amsterdam bound for Detroit a heroic passenger steps in and foils a terrorist plot. Jasper Schuringa a Dutch film director subdued the terrorist Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab. The Plane landed safely in Detroit. The next day our leaders in Washington vowed to get answers on the breach of airline security. President Obama on Christmas vacation in Hawaii goes to the gym and plays a round of golf that afternoon. This could be an episode of 24 except no one could have made this one up.
The Christmas of 2009 will mark the end of the honeymoon between the mainstream media and the Obama administration. It happened when ABC was tipped off by whistleblowers on a five million dollar three-week-long conference slash Christmas party the FAA held in Atlanta for 3,600 managers. The ABC undercover reporters got some memorable quotes from the FAA managers; “we’re about to head out to dance on tables.” He went on to say he was almost arrested last time he was at the FAA conference for being drunk and dancing on tables. A female ABC undercover reporter was ask if she was a Hooker, he said; “I was ready to reach for my wallet” and my personal favorite “It Beats Being at Work”. Good work ABC.
The Federal Government seems to think we are not watching them. It is business as usual in Washington, five million dollars for 3,600 managers. That comes to $1388.88 per person, paid for with taxpayer’s money. The Obama administration almost succeeded in killing off the corporate convention industry in this county. Is this the socialistic approach to economic recovery?
This should be a wakeup call to all the liberals in America. The world does not love us, now that our President has made his apology tour. The terrorist’s still want to destroy the evil USA. The terrorist; Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab flight originated in Nigeria. How was he able to get past airport security? Having flown overseas, once you pass thru, the first and only security checkpoint, you are good to go. Security is only as good, as the weakest link.
Now for our leaders in Washington: you dropped the ball; government agencies need good communication skills. They do not have them. Maybe you should send them back to school. NO, you would not do that. That would make too much since, you’ll just make a new Czar for the White House. Just what we need another Czar. Then we can live happily ever after.
Meanwhile President Obama is on Christmas vacation in Hawaii, while fifteen million Americans are unemployed. In his defense remember; he was a community organizer before he ran for office. He appoints experts to run the day-to-day affairs on Capitol Hill. When something goes wrong, he throws an expert under the bus.
At the Fort Hood press conference, President Obama stuck his foot in his mouth. Maybe that is why he waited until Monday to do the press conference on the terrorist attack. He did not want to repeat that mistake again. Our President will not take personal reasonability for his administration. President Truman had a sign on his desk that said; “The Buck Stops here”. President Obama’s sign should read “The Buck Stops over there”.
That is the story of “Terrorists for Christmas”. It has it all: a hero, a villain, an out-of-touch President and leaders in Washington who dropped the ball. Now all I need is a Hollywood producer to pitch my script too.

A LETTER TO AMERICA: HOW IMPORTANT IS FREEDOM TO YOU?
I am not writing this as part of any group, but as an American. I have to ask you a question. Please do not take it lightly and think about it before you answer. How important are your freedoms to you? Before you, answer let me tell you why they are so important to me.
I have been very blessed in my working life to travel overseas. In 1996, I worked for a company that built and assembled aircraft simulators. They sent me to England and China while employed with them. I was excited when I was selected, as one of the assembly team members to go to China. It was not the first time my company had dealings with China Eastern Air. When I was in China I met Gin and I realized how blessed I was to live in this great county.
Gin was friendly and helpful he would go out of his way to get us anything we needed. The day before we were due to leave, I asked if he was going to see us off at the airport. His boss said no he had lost his travel permit. I found out that night at the hotel the last time my company was there he came to the airport to say goodbye. He forgot to get permission from Big Bother. He lost his travel permit for a year, in other words the Chinese Government put him under house arrest for a year.
In China, your wages depend on how high you are in the communist regime. It cost you a year’s wages to buy a dog and a month’s wages to tag him. If you see a person with a dog, he is rich, if you see a person with two dogs he is very rich and that is how it is in China. Why so much money, just to have a dog? When the Communist party comes to your door to get you because you have not been a good citizen, they do not want the dog telling them they cannot take you. You do not even go to the bathroom without their permission. Remember; Tiananmen Square. Let us go back to the birth of the United States of America.
History 101: The King of England kept his power with help from The Catholic Church. The church said; God ordained that the king rule. The king in turn decreed The Catholic Church was the only religion sanctioned by the king. At that point, in our history England had a problem with overcrowding in the prison system so they solved it by offloading the prisoners to Australia. His subjects that were fortunate not to come under the king’s scrutiny jumped on the first ship to the new world. The king knowing there was money to be made, decided to put a tax on everything they received from England; Taxation without representation. The colonists grow tired of the relationship thus the birth of the US began.
Our forefathers when writing The Declaration of Independence put the most resounding revolutionary statement in that document the world has known “WE THE PEOPLE” (not your government knows best). The Declaration of Independence has been reproduced around the world. It has never been stated as well as, “WE THE PEOPLE”. It goes on to say, “We hold these truths to be self evident that all men are created equal.
In “The Bill of Rights”, the first amendment is the right to bear arms. The second and most important freedom is speech. When our government takes free speech away from us, we have lost as a people. Our government is not calling it censorship but calling it fairness, regulation of the Internet. When you lose your freedom of speech, our great county ceases to exist. I fear that by the time of my death I will not recognize the freedom-loving county where I grow up.
Every group in America has the right to speak out regardless, be it a Republican, Democrat, Communist, Libertarian, Fascist, Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Muslim, Gay, Straight, Truthers, Bearthers, or any other group I did not name. We the people have the right to speak out and worship the way we desire.
Our government just over the weekend raised their credit limit by more than a trillion dollars. They are engaging in class warfare, redistribution of wealth, fundamentally changing America, as we know it. When it goes global, they will come and take what you have. The government caused the meltdown by easing up on financial restrictions on housing. Where is the OUTRAGE of the people?
Even our representatives in Washington are becoming irrelevant. The EPA came out last week with a new list of green house gases, one being carbon dioxide. That is what humans exhale and plants need to thieve, without it life, as we know it cannot exist on our planet, legislation without representation.
When are you as a person going to tell Washington enough is enough STOP! Our government is out of control. We are losing our freedoms one by one. Now I ask the question again. How important are your freedoms to you?

President Obama A+ on campaign promises
President Obama has not broken one major campaign promises he made before the election, regardless if you are liberal, conservative, Democrat or Republican. Most Americans were tired of the war; the recession had not yet hit and we were not listening, all anyone heard was hope and change. President Obama has kept his word.
Remember Joe the Plumber; in the course of the conversation, Obama said, “I think when you spread the wealth around, it’s good for everybody." Now in the healthcare debate who will pay for it? The taxes will be on rich then they will pass it on to us. You can call it whatever you want to but it is class warfare.
On the campaign trail Obama said, “I’m in this race not just to hold office, but to gather with you to transform a nation.” No one thought the change he referred to was socialism.
Obama said; “But another way of looking at it is 95% of folks who are making less than 250, they may be working hard too, but they’re being taxed at a higher rate than they would be under mine”. The 95% that make less than $250,000 a year will not have their taxes go up, but the big evil corporations will. They will pass the cost on to the hard working Americans.
On his energy policy he was ask about building coal-powered plants, he said; “It’s just that it will bankrupt them because they’re going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that’s being emitted. So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can.” Energy prices will skyrocket and kill the US economy by sending jobs overseas to countries such as Mexico and China according to our own government studies.
Obama also said; “Transparency and the rule of law will be the touchstones of this Presidency”. The definition of transparency is to see through. The Obama administration has taken it to the next level, Invisibility.
On a new way of doing business in Washington Obama said, “It's time to fundamentally change the way that we do business in Washington.” December 21, 2009 Congressman Peter DeFazio told The Hill in an interview, Obama himself has taken notice. Obama said, “Don’t think we’re not keeping score, brother” in that closed-door meeting of the House Democratic Caucus According to member’s afterward. The fundamental change is the Chicago style of government. We have seen bribes, threats, and intimidation used to pass the Obama agenda.
Did President Obama spell out what he would do once in office? Yes, the majority of Americans did not take him at his word and now we are all hoping for a change. Welcome to Obama Land home of the oppressed and downtrodden.
